Rental agreements last up to 4 days.
Changes to any final invoices can be made up to 20 days before the reservation date.
Rental agreements under $300 will be subject to a 25% deposit. Rental agreements over $300, the deposit will be 50% of invoiced amount.
We understand things happen, and sometimes you have to cancel. If you cancel an agreement, the following charges will apply:
More than greater 30 days before reservation date, 10% of total invoice
Between 15 and 30 days before the reservation date, 20% of total invoice
After 15 days before the reservation date, 50% of total invoice
Lost items will be subject to 50% of the rental cost of that item.
Delivery and pickup services are charged at a flat rate of $25 for Houston, Sugarland, Pearland, Katy, Humble, and Cypress.
